Promising but cant uninstall from watch so its gone

I love the app on my phone, but the fact that EVERY email comes to my watch buzzing me literally every moment of my day makes me insane. No problem, I will uninstall from the watch. Nope! It was nowhere to be found on the watch or in the watch app, not even after restarting both. After five days of constant buzzing from every piece of spam that hit my email box, I happily deleted this app. I will try again once the Watch interface is fixed because its awesome otherwise. I loved the features, but getting 500+ buzzes on my wrist a day is really poor programming.
